Customer feedback is key for St Austell Brewery. Octane was asked to create the brand and strategy behind a scheme that worked for customers and staff. It have become the currency of rewards within the Brewery and the Pubs and Hotels in their large estate.
St Austell Brewery also use this as a Thank you for taking the time to complete the Smiles Survey following their last visit. Their details are recorded and they are entered into the draw to win £250 in vouchers to spend at any St Austell Brewery Managed House or at the St Austell Brewery Visitor Centre.
